For example, there is an Airforce kitchen hood, and modern Electrolux appliances - an induction stove, an oven, and a fridge with a built-in freezer. Also, kitchen equipment is available, including plates, pots, cups, glasses, cutlery, and more.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a quality Malaga mattress with memory foam (hardness 2 and 3). The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and is equipped with bathroom furniture made by either Villeroy & Boch or Hansgrohe company. Wooden floors of a natural shade and modern outdoor blinds nicely complement the industrial style of the flat. It is equipped with separate air conditioning.
